About Me and This Page
This page was designed and made as per the requirements for a class that I am taking. I currently study at the University of Virginia here in Charlottesville, Virginia and I am studying Aerospace Engineering. I am a first year here and I took a class called the Politics of Economic Reform (GFCP 525) partly cause I am interested in politics and economics and partly because the engineering school here requires us to take a humanities and social sciences class. This class has proven to be really interesting and since we are currently witnessing rapid globalization and its effects on developing countries, this class holds more value. My Indian friends here term this class the ‘Laloo’ class because where there is money and politics, there is Laloo Prasad Yadav (anyone knowing about Indian politics should understand this). Anyhow, if someone is at UVA, I highly recommend this class, even for engineers…
